Colombo Residence is a new building, family management, made up of 12 flats (8 studio flats and 4 two-rooms apartments ), with swimming pool and hydro-massage outside and garage lower ground floor. Located in the centre of Sorico, a few steps from the Lake Como, is the dream place for everyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in a very quiet and peaceful resort, far from the stress of the every day life.
There are a lot of opportunities for the spare time in the healthy environment of the north western Lake Como: long walks in the nature reserve "Oasi Pian di Spagna", horse rides, outings on the river and on the Lake of Mezzola.
Thanks to the presence of the "Breva", a regular wind, this area is the ideal place to practise many sports such as kitesurf, sailing, windsurf.
Other interesting opportunities are trekking in the mountains, cycle trips, parasailing and hand gliding.

Colombo Residence reserves the room for 4 days from the reservation (time required to credit transfer). To confirm your booking you have to deposit an advance of 20% and to pay the remaining 80% one month before arrival. If you make the reservation less than one month before your arrival, you have to pay the total balance. If you make the reservation less than one week before your arrival (last minute) you have to pay the total balance in cash the day of your arrival.

Price are per day and includes the following services:

The following services are not included:
- Towel
- Cleaning (if the stay is less than one week)

Extra services:
- Cot and high chair on request (high chair € 10.00 per week while cot € 20.00 per week)

The stay (*) can’t be less than 3 days (e.g. : the stay is possible from Friday to Sunday while it’s not possible from Saturday to Sunday). If the stay is more than one week a cash deposit of 200.00 € must be paid. The deposit will be refunded, always in cash on departure.

Pets are not allowed.

All complaints and irregularities should be reported immediately otherwise it will have no value.

(*) From 03/07/2010 to 04/09/2010 the stay must be from Saturday afternoon after 15.00 to the following Saturday morning at 10.00

From the Residence it takes 1h to reach Milano, Como, Bormio (SO); 1h and half  to reach Livigno and S. Moritz. A lot of  famous guests choose Lake Como for their holidays: George Clooney, Madonna, football players and politicians. Here it is possible to visit the most beautiful Villas and monasteries of Europe.

Sorico and its services 
Near the Residence there are: bank, post office, pharmacy, town hall, church, soccer, tennis and rugby fields, beach volley, hairdresser, beauty farm, supermarket, bar and cafè, restaurant, pizzeria, bakery, kitesurf and windsurf center and school, sailing schools, rental boats, riding school and other services.

- If you take Milano/Como Highway: last exit for Italy, S.S. 340 Menaggio, S.S. 340 direction St Moritz/Sondrio Km 24
- From Milano take bypass est, exit Lecco SS 36, from Lecco follow direction Sondrio. When you reach Colico, follow direction Como/Menaggio
